I appreciated staying in this well appointed hotel based in a functional building. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, 3 windows, a kettle, and a safe. The whole staff was highly courteous and reasonably good. The continental breakfast food was tasty.
As for me, the area was uninviting.
